Close up of a gearstick

You are the driver of your own career, life & destiny. Since you are in the drivers seat which transmission mode are you in today: is it in Park, Reverse, Neutral or Drive mode?
P- Park, let me explain, on your life’s journey and in everyone’s career path you may need to Park and regroup, plan and map out your goals, but don’t stay there.
R- Reverse mode can be used if you need to retrace your steps to find your way back quickly and it could resemble life’s setbacks, but don’t live in regret or past mistakes & failures. Look ahead!
N- Neutral position disengages all gear trains within the transmission. This is when you allow people, circumstances and life to happen to you and you are coasting in idle. Apply the emergency brakes and Park, regroup, plan and map out your desired destination and get back to Drive mode.
D- Drive, now finally the definition of the Drive position – it allows the transmission to engage the full range of available FORWARD gear ratios, allowing the vehicle to move forward and accelerate or slow down through its range of gears.

c)Take charge of your career, your life and destiny, don’t dwell on setbacks and obstructions on the journey, deal with them as they come. And don’t forget to take time to enjoy the scenery and destiny-stations.
